There are many staff members, so it's easy to ask questions. Every store seems busy with many customers, but even when I ask about things I don't understand, they answer clearly. The displays are neat, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. There are plenty of registers, and everyone is very kind.

Olive Young is fun just to look around, even though it's crowded.
