I inquired via email from Japan to reserve a book. I received notifications about the order and arrival of the book via email. When I mentioned it at the store during my visit, they handled it immediately. Large bookstore near Gwanghwamun. It's located below the KT building and connected to a subterranean plaza with a fountain. Books are already tax-free, so please don't hassle the employees about tax refunds.
