I stop by Bizeun every time I come to Korea. I highly recommend the honey rice cakes and the yakbap (sweet rice with nuts/fruits) from their wide selection! I wasn't a huge fan of the songpyeon, but everything is so colorful and cute—it makes a great gift for others or for yourself! I even bought some to take back to Japan and keep in the freezer so I can enjoy them later.

This rice cake shop is very popular with Japanese tourists, but there was still plenty of stock on Sunday around 2 PM. When I bought the colorful plain rice cakes before, they had a natural sweetness without added sugar, unlike Japanese wagashi, so this time I bought the ones with filling. These were sweet and delicious. It tasted like peanut paste; it's not something we have in Japan, but it had a nostalgic, simple flavor.

I was finally able to buy the rice cakes I'd been curious about. I had trouble finding them before, so I made sure to look them up properly this time. There are so many cute varieties, and I'm really looking forward to eating them. It says they can be frozen, so I'll give that a try.

It's located after security, so you can take it on the plane or eat it while waiting for your flight!! There's a small eat-in area as well. The donuts were delicious. They also sell bottled water and other items!!!!
