The popular Busan bakery OPS has a branch in the basement of the Lotte Department Store in Nampo-dong. I heard it gets extremely crowded in the evening and sells out quickly, but it wasn't that bad when I went. Along with a croissant, I also bought the highly-rated cream puff. It definitely tastes a bit different from what we get in Japan. It wasn't too sweet and had a light texture. Since I was buying bread too, I went inside the shop, put them on the same tray, and headed to the register. They seemed to have cakes as well; those only buying sweets were purchasing them from the display case facing the aisle rather than inside the shop.

There is a huge variety of fish cakes, and the texture is very bouncy and sweet. The ingredients are incredibly fresh with absolutely no fishy smell.

It was good.
