The first floor of the main building features luxury goods, watches, and high-end cosmetics, with brands such as LV, Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Miu Miu, Ferragamo, and a Cartier watch boutique. While the number of brands is small, the quality is high, and the center features high-end cosmetic counters in a standard department store layout. The upper floors include women's wear, men's wear, footwear, home appliances, and other retail categories. The 10th floor is the dining area, and the 11th to 13th floors are the rooftop garden and observation deck, offering panoramic views of the Busan cityscape and the sea. The basement level is primarily focused on dining and a supermarket, a classic combination for Japanese and Korean department stores.

Nice food courts, great food, and a tidy environment.

I'm not sure if it's called a food court, but I had kalguksu at this shop on the Lotte Mart floor. It was delicious, but the portion of noodles was so large that I couldn't finish it all. They also had dumplings and cold noodles on the menu, so I'd like to try those next time I come to Busan.
