It's so clean and spacious! I went to buy macarons, and the staff was very kind and handled my broken Korean perfectly. The surrounding roads seem to get crowded with cars on weekends. The WOWPASS machine is near the checkout in the food section, so you have to go all the way inside.

It's located on the 5th floor of Lotte Department Store. Until last month, they would issue tax-free receipts right there, but for some reason, they told me to go to the basement floor starting this month. The customer service center in the basement is far, and it's a bit of a hassle to go there. I think I'll buy from street shops from next time.🥲

It's located on the first basement floor of Lotte Department Store. I always stop by before or after going to Lotte Mart to buy the Pinkfong cheese fish cakes. They almost always have a 2+2 deal whenever I go (lol). They have a mild flavor and contain cheese, so I recommend them as a souvenir for kids😊
