It was great that they had a free skin diagnostic machine. When I showed the staff a photo of what I wanted, they found it for me right away. It was also convenient that there was a WOWPASS kiosk inside the store. Tax-free processing was handled right at the register!

They provided Japanese support and handled the tax refund on the spot, which was great! I will definitely go again.
